i have been texting/calling/wapping 241 for a 2 for 1 offer on orange wednesdays. last time i did it, i never received a ticket, despite topping up especially for it. the same has happened to me today. any ideas as to why? or has this happened to you? their rubbish call centre didn't know jack.

You don't get a ticket, only a return text with a code that you show the cinema staff.
If that was what you meant to say, and you didn't receive a text, then sorry, I don't know what tha solution is.

what you do is text FILM to 241 and you get a code back to the phone you text from this will allow you to pay for 1 ticket and get another free....worked flawlessly when I have tried.

I am very surprised that you allege that Orange's all centre did not know Jack. He is a regular visitor when he brings in sandwiches and fruit for their lunches. Please be calm and not angry they definitely do know Jack.

they don't care enough about you so don't wsate your time and units/minutes on them. you get what you pay for and that should be enough!
