i have been texting/calling/wapping 241 for a 2 for 1 offer on orange wednesdays. last time i did it, i never received a ticket, despite topping up especially for it. the same has happened to me today. any ideas as to why? or has this happened to you? their rubbish call centre didn't know jack.

You are texting "film" to 241 !?
241 is now a chargeable service, if you are debited 35p for the service and do not receive a ticket you need to contact their customer service team. The text can be traced from their end in the just talk system and they will either refund you or request a new push message.
I used to work for them and the service regularly buggered up. Pardon my French :o)

I got a text back with a number on it. I did not go. A couple of days later I got a text saying that I had not used my ticket.
