I really believe there is someone for everyone and often more than one person. Still U have to be proactive. In this day and age, you have to sort of put yourself out there. Even though online dating, like through Yahoo or Match seem kind of silly, they really do help you meet other people. Some will become friends and actually you could meet your life partner. So, what are you waiting for? Put a profile up today!

Here is what I would do.
How do you know you will find a life partner? You still want it though!
To be sure you at least live life & know after you die, you have experienced it at least one satisfying time, I would get a cheap lady to give you some for a night or two (Be safe, now!), but don't do it a lot.
Then resume searching for your special someone. If you never find her, you know what it's like, and if you do, well, sorry, you couldn't know how your life will end, right?

Stop worry about finding a "life partner" and date?
That way, at least, you'll have decent social skills and know what characteristics you really want in a "life partner".
