Like, "What sort of name is Tatyana anyway?"
And, "Have you noticed how short she is?"
Or even, "I heard her dad eats soup with his hands."

I do, but only when I'm watching someone on tv that irritates me. If I don't like a character on a show, the least little thing will set me off:
"Man, could her chin be any pointier? Smug little b*tch!" Things like that, but I haven't done it to anyone I actually know.
