The language of the region in Jesus time was Aramaic, however given the outside influences he may have also been able to speak some Greek and Latin

The bible was actually translated from aramiac to greek to latin and then to various other languages.

He spoke Aramaic. But he must have known Hebrew to understand the scriptures.
The New T. is written in Greek. There is no evidence the Apostles knew Latin.
The Bible was translated into Latin by St Jerome, c. 400 AD.

Aramaic
Using oral tradition , the authors translated it into Koine Greek or common Greek which would eventually be translated into Latin by St. Jerome in the 4th century AD. The apostles more than likely spoke aramaic and possibly a little Greek because of their Galilean background.

Aramaic, though most likely Latin too as the Romans had so much interaction with everybody around the Mediterranean at the time and Latin was also the English of the time.

As a Jew, he most likely spoke either Hebrew or Aramaic, which was the tongues of the jews at the time. In the passion, they show jesus, mary, and the apotsoles speaking hebrew as well as the other jews.

Aramaic. Those who think he also spoke Latin and possibly Greek should ask themselves how many multi-lingual carpenters they know?
