Talk to your doctor. They usually have an approved medicine list. I know that Tylenol is usually ok to take when you're pregnant.

no you shouldnt be worried. a lot of people take and do much worse before they realize they are pregnant and as long as you have a approved list of meds you can takw now that you are pregnant and are taking care of yourself you should be fine. There is nothing that can be done to erase the fact that you took tylenol pm so just be positive, you're dr will tell you the same thing. Plus i know tylenol is safe to take during pregnancy although im not sure about the pm, but dont worry about it! Best of luck!

i didn't find out i was pregnant until i was pretty far along because my cycle is so irregular. I found out after a night of heavy drinking and smoking (which stopped immediately) but they say the first 3 months are the most important so you can imagine how scared i was. I'm about 40 weeks along now and have had a very normal pregnancy and expect a normal delivery and healthy baby. just be careful from now on ... you should have no reason to worry as long as you're living healthy.

did you call the doctor? they can give a profesional answer. maybe only once won't harm the baby. so many women won't know that they are pregnant and take this and that. When you get pregnant you tend to worry about those 3 weeks you was pregnant and you didn't know. it happens to everyone. it happened to me also. i was worried because my husband was smoking near me, once i drove the car a bit faster and the road was really bumby. i used to go and help and old lady with the housework and washed her floors on my knees and used bleach. And beleive me, many more worries. And I am fine.
Call the doctor and stop worrying. Not healthy for your pregnancy.

Tylenol is safe as long as you don't exceed the recommended dose. My doctor said that is the only thing I can take. I take at least two everyday for my pregnancy headaches

nope dont worry, you and your baby are fine. Doctors actually tell you to take tylenol, its pretty much the only thing you can take while you are pregnant. Relax, hope this put you at ease.
