Yes, I have to agree, some people probably feel violated by the radio stations doing the scamming. I know I would not want a radio station calling me with some joke like some of the ones I have heard. I guess some day one will get sued and that will create the opening for others getting sued, too.

there's no actual time table on once you are able to deliver it out, it is your call. yet till your recording is going to blow the PD & MD at a radio station away the 1st time they play it (in the event that they even do this), i does not even worry dropping it off at a radio station till they play "community bands" and could supply you with a shot. Your perfect wager is to finally end up a checklist promoter and enable him do the merchandising of it for you.

Actually, I believe anything that breaches people's privacy unethically should be sued. though sometimes we laugh at the radio stations stuffs but I dont think it's funny.I think it's rude.

Why don't you give them a call and see how they react when you tell them in your 'lawyer' voice "ehm, my client has decided to take further actions and sue"....enjoy it.
mwhahaha...

not really, because before you go on line or before your voice is aired you must give permission and it is taped.
