Gen. Buckner, Maj. Erickson,(WW2). Soapy Smith, Vitus Behring,
Seward(The man who pushed the U.S. to purchase Alaska from the Russians). Most of these people were not born in Alaska, but they are famous because of their relationship to Alaska.
