I will ans ur question with a question, why people get corrupted?
GREED is the answer.
The lust for power, money and authourity causes most governments to be corrupted.

The Govt consists of politicians and bureaucrats.Where do politicians come from.It is the people of India who elect them.Remember Jayalalita is worshipped in temples in Tamil Nadu even though tales about corruption by her are folk lore.I remenber many years ago the then Chief Mninister of Karnataka Dev Raj Urs was severely inducted by a commission of enquiry for corruption and had to resign in the aftermath.And lo and behold in the elections to follow Dev Raj Urs comes back with a much bigger majority.Now tell me whom to blame.Similarly even the lowest bureaucrat of the Central Govt to day is elected though competitive examinations amongst the great people of this country.So the bureaucrats too are from amongst our own people only.If not one,the other.So whom do you blame,the people?Frankly speaking what can you tell of a people who make temples to worship a corrupt Chief minster accused of taking bribes worth 50000 crores but will lynch a peon of the municipality caught taking a bribe of five rupees.

Indian government is not corrupt...
however many politician in the government are corrupt... even MPs and MLAs also take bribe as people say...
ask the government not to impose taxes like service tax of 12% which is baseless... better stop the politicians from taking bribe thereby save the revenue which is lost out of these bribes...

The system is so to make the govt. corrupt.once u pay under table to get a job then u also take the same in same manner.And if any person get the fasility to get any reservation or tender in spending few coins then why any one cry for it and if any one try for the cleand system he cleand up from system to maintain the system at the same place,jao aor "RANG DE BASANTI "dekho then u got the answer of what u want after that u have no questionon the curruption.

It is not only the Government which is corrupt but the citizens are corrupt too. I think it is a question of demand-supply. Our country's population is huge whreas the resources are meagre. Once we succed in controlling population corruption will also come down.

There is absolutely no awareness among the people of india.Highly educated people only advice others and they donot vote for the right candidate.Only dhadhaism prevails everywhere.Many indians are selfish and they want to earn everything in one night as if tomorrow is not going to come.

People offer them bribe to get favours from Govt. Stop giving bribe. Follow law and order strictly.

People's are helping corruption. i.e. they ask money to put their vote, Free plans, holding Black money, they support corrupted politicians, they not aware of their voting power
