Its a real shame how far the UK has fallen. They used be a sensible kind people some years ago, but now they have fallen to socialism apparently.
They used to have a death penalty and now they don't
They used to respect the right of its people to own firearms, but not anymore
I would like to just forget all about England and how it played a role in the beginnings of the USA. It's just too embarrasing.

I am going to have to disagree. I like the Brits. They are a great ally. Yes, the liberals in that country seem to be castrating them like they are trying to do here in America, but they are a lot better then most of the Super Liberal European Countries.
***I just wanted to comment on everybody who is writting about how non violent the Brits are because they don't have guns. Last I read, they lead the world for the country who has the highest amount of stabbings.

Based on those two facts you have stated about the death penalty and firearms. It is ironic that they have a much lower crime rate. I guess somewhere along the line the UK evolved and matured now the US has to play catch up.

It is only because Britain has evolved more rapidly than the USA, partially because they are an older country. Eventually the USA will come around too and see the light. To date it still remains a puriatn, WASPY nation with an arrogant moron as its head. That alone must tell you something.

1. USA was a British colony not an English one. There is a difference
2. We don't need the death penalty as even criminals have the right to life
3. We dont need guns in public, this is how its safe to go to school in the UK and not get shot
The UK is also called great Britain for a reason. please come back with a proper question

Well, maybe you should start a militia with the picture on your profile, hail to Hitler, and the KKK, make other weapons, and write new history books that you make sure your children and other´s read. Actually, i think british people are people with a very rich culture, and only time can give you that. 'Sup with all the stuff about killing people and firearms anyways...i think it's safer the way it is now.
