To Big Rig truckers anyone using bluetooth wireless headsets that don't transmit the trucks background noises?

I am a trucker, and use bluetooth headset. Unfortunately, my girlfriend says that no matter what I try there is always the noises from the truck. It seems that the mic on the headset is very sensitive, and picks up all the noises in the cab (and some from outside as well), so that your voice will be easily heard by the caller. There is really nothing you can do about the bluetooth, but you could always try getting a different headset-I now use a type with one earpiece for the speaker and a mic that actually comes to the front of my face for talking. The mic is not as sensitive as the bluetooth and doesn't pick up all the other noises from the truck. Either that or just use the phone itself (and even then it seems that it still has a fair amount of background noise)
