Nowadays ???? Is there a different way of telling time that I`m not aware of. Watches r sold everywhere, so I would assume people r still wearing them. Maybe ur one of the lucky ones to whom time means nothing.

Many. That's my count, and I'm one of them. I use it when doing breaks and lunch time, setting the timer so that I won't be late. And I'm time conscious. I am not that very busy person but I see to it that none of my time is wasted. I sleep at 11pm, I should wake up by seven to go to the gym until 9am. By 10am I should have taken my launch. 10:45, I should be ready to leave for work. When it's already 11:30 and I'm still on travel going to the office, it's kind of panic time for me. My job starts at 12pm up to 9pm. Even on day-offs, i still manage my time wisely. Schedule for laundry, leisure time, meeting with friends etc.

I use my hand phone to see the watch everyday. I find wearing watches restrictives to my movement and is a hassle.

I haven't counted yet. For 1, I do.
A better question could be:

"Do you wear your watch on your left or right wrist? Why?"
