GIRL, I am QUEEN of sleepless nights b/c I have 2 hoodlums with the worst sleep habits.
First, make a large pot of coffee and use 1 tablespoon of sugar per cup. Drink 3 cups very quickly. Take a long shower. Exit shower. Drink 4th cup of coffee. Go to work or wherever you have to go, and shop online all day. Complain to coworkers and friends all day until they avoid you like the plague.
Drink full pot of coffee and eat drive-through to get though the afternoon. Go home, ignore all house duties. Go to bed early.

This, listen to (but not watch) the news, listen to music, cook, snack,occasionally clean, go for a walk, go have a few drinks until closing time, do the crossword, and, of course, think. And think. And think.
Sometimes I just sit and think for hours, rolling different things around in my mind, trying to come up with the optimum solution to a given situation.

i try to find out the reason fot being sleepless.i read news papers,i listen to radio.i pass time till 5 am then i go for a walk,and have tea at a hotel which opens at 5am,staying sleepless for sex is horrable,it is worst thing to happen to you.
