Hello madam, the best solution is you can go for an option called "System Restore" which is available under the Accesories menu under "Programs".... If sys' restore is used your computer will revert back to the settings to a previous date wherein the computer was working as normal. Try this, if not

The other option would be to take it to a computer shop, they will help u clean the spyware using some utility software and then install a anti-spyware software. That is the second option....

One last option is if you have a genuine Windows Vista Operating System, Call up the Microsoft Technical Helpdesk and request them to re-install the entire operating system (Vista) after creating a back-up. Microsoft support number would be 18706010100... Any of the above will solve your problem.

1.)First of all download adaware and spybot search and destroy, both are free programs.
2.) Install them both and do the free update (just follow the instructions, after installation, very self-explanatory)
3.)RESTART your computer and boot up in safe mode. How you do this is as soon as the computer "beeps" after restarting, keep pressing "DEL" (some computers you have to keep pressing F8, so try both) and then it will ask you if you want to start "Windows in Safe Mode".
4.) Once into safe mode, then run Adaware and scan. Then run Spybot S&D and scan. Then run your antivirus.
5.) Empty your recycle bin and restart your computer.

I would recommend hijackthis.exe program as well, but it is more for the advanced technical-savvy people.

Hope this solves your problem. :)

Download and run that scanner. It will remove the garbage.

Then ground your boy, and password protect your computer since he has proved himself unreliable. Make him buy his own, and pay for his own internet access if he wants to be unsafe with the viruses and such.
