Its just mucous. Usually it means you're ovulating. If you havent had your period yet, it will soon come.
Its perfectly normal, worry not.

very normal. women have vaginal secretions throughout their cycle. as you get older you will be able to recognize the significance in minor changes. If it because an odd colour, has a foul smell, or is accompanied by pain of any kind it could be an infection. In this case it sounds COMPLETELY normal though. May be a sign that you are currently ovulating or simply the discharge expelled by the vagina as a mode of cleansing itself.

This is normal, your vagina will go through stages of lubrication and excretion. I don't have the full explanation but if you are very worry see you gynecologist. Its good to get this stuff checked if you are very worried. That way you can sleep easy.
But I read that it is a normal function of the vagina and it is part of your cycle.
Best,
AW

What you are experiencing is normal and as some of the other posters said our vaginal discharge goes thru different consistencies during our menstrual cycle.
If it starts to have a smell or becomes green, or like cottage cheese pls consult a dr to check for infection.

Your body secretes mucous to prevent bacterial growth; otherwise, the vagina and cervix would be a highway into your gut. Unless the secretions are foul/smelly, or unless you're itchy, don't worry about it - you're normal :-)

Possibly you have a thrush infection..Does it smell.
You can try washing your insides out with a soloution of bicarb about 1/4 cup to two lites of water.
IF that doesnt stop it then maybe you have a std.
have you had sex with anyone.
