im 6'0 and 135lbs soaking wet with two bricks in my pocket...im in pretty great shape im very active the problem is i have a very hard time gaining weight...i've tried working out for about 6 months n was starting to look like a skinny bruce lee..i dont really care about being riped but i dont wanna be laughed at when i take my shirt off....whats the simplest way to gain about 20-25lbs please!?

You could also suffer from mood swings, mentally and physically. Not everyone, but it happens.
