Love in unselfish.

love in itself is selfish unless, you give more than you take. now tell me again how crushing is selfish(im assuming) crushing is more or less lusting after an illusion,no matter how close to reality the illusion is.
now when you crush, you do care, but usually the other person doesnt know, or doesnt know the depth. now what would you call unconditional love? a situation where youre gratified mutually, or caring wether your end has a reward or not? now a crush is harmless and you can and usually grow out of it, especially when noticed that its not very satisfying.

you choose who and how much you love or lust. dont think its got to be mutually beneficial in that sense, think of a parent or a friends love.
just dont allow yourself to think of a crush as any more than exactly that, 1 sided. and remember to respect. most crushes hurt so bad, you end up disliking the person, and in some cases find yourself 15 yrs down the rd looking to find those qualities in someone so that you can get even with them.(i seen this in my behaviour, thankfully).

as human beings when hurt, we like to lash out. remember dont, just forgive and forget. doesnt mean youve gotta clean the slate or try and give em a chance, just means "no fault insurance"

ask yourself; Can I live without this person. If yes then its most likely a crush. If the answer is no then youre in love. A crush is usually based solely on looks and the unknown while love is for someone you know very well.
