Two and a half. But they were really big fat ones. And I've only used half the batter. So it's pancake wednesday, as well.
I tossed the first one and batter went everywhere.

I was very good, I only had 1. I had a huge roast dinner before though, so didn't really fancy them. I only did them because it was pancake day!!

3 - but they were thin rice pancakes with crispy duck! Followed by loads more Chinese food, yummy!

Unfortunately absolutely none, on a health kick and can't eat them at the moment, so unfair as I adore them.
