Always answer in the positive with honesty....my weakest point is ____________ which gives me the opportunity to ________! See your weakest point as a great way to strive ahead of others. Most of all in interviews they want to hear that you have the convidence in yourself to succeed and not affraid of challenges.

Your weakest point should also be your strength. Say, if you think your weakest point is "hot temper", you should argue this is also your strength. A person with no temper may lose his personality, i.e. you can't be smiling all the time. When you attend an interview, try not to emphasize on your weakness but never say that you're perfect.

Be self critical ... say I am too much of a perfectionist. Perhaps I have too high a standard.
You get the gist, turn a positive thing into a negative for their purpose of the interview.

I'd probably say " I have a habit of getting immensly frustrated when things don't work the way its supposed to and sometimes push my limits unnecessarily (yes, that'll be the key word - unnecessarily) to get it done correctly "

I say something vague like, "I'm a very organized person but it's hard to tell from my desk" and giggle and change the subject. You don't have to giggle though! :-)
