I put the injury out of my mind. If it comes into my mind every other minute - I put it out every other minute. I don't allow myself to dwell on it. Just keep living one step at a time , one foot in front of the other and stay focused on good stuff....and listen to happy music - NO EMO!

Yes I sure do; when I feel a need to get right with myself and with God, I tend to pull away from everything and everyone else. I've learned to take my Moods one day at a time and be patient with myself...it's the only thing I can do :)

It's not easy. If anything just place things into perspective...is the circumstance at hand really all that bad currently? If the answer is no, then you should smile. : )

My mood swings are horrible.
I learned to live with them and managed to control them.

I get on my knees and ask My Lord Jesus Christ to give me His Spirit to endure and help me. Most of the time that's a daily thing.
Try it while reading the Bible and email me your results.
God Bless
