I have a Motorola E1 mobile phone at the moment, I have just applied for an upgrade so I was going to give the phone to my younger sister because I knew she would like the Itunes function. However.......when I was showing her how it worked, I went into the Itunes icon and all that came up was a stop sign and the words 'Do Not Disconnect' (the same as when the phone is connected to the PC and downloading).

Any ideas why this is happening?

Willyfool - my younger sister is 9 years old. Do you still think that's a 'funny' answer?

pgraham87015 - the phone isn't actually connected to the PC at the moment, that's why I can't understand why it's saying do not disconnect?

It does. I have itunes and all its doing is updating the system. If you have like a small circle in the top left hand and flashing then its syncing with the pc. If the flashing circle isnt there and it just says do not disconnect updating. Then just unplug it from the usb.
