My choices are
1. The Ultimate Warrior

First of all Macho Man and Warrior won't be inducted because Vince hates them. Second, no one currently in TNA will be inducted so that takes care of Sting, Jarrett (who doesn't deserve it anyways), and Jake the Snake.
I think it will be:
1. Dusty Rhodes (already announced)
2. Mr Perfect (already announced)
3. Legion of Doom (Hawk and Animal)
4. "Million Dollar Man" Ted Dibiase
5. Ron "Faarooq" Simmons
6. Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat
7. Terry Funk

I think the HOF is located in Stamford, CT, where the WWE HQ is located. This year's HOF ceremony is in Detroit, MI, the site of Wrestlemania 23.
