Check out Wembley against The Emirates
They don't give a toss at Wembley and are dragging it out for more and more overtime weekends extras etc because the government keeps bailing out Multiplex

Emirates had massive penalties on it to be done on time correctly..

For one thing they have to, or they go out of business. Public companies know they will be bailed out by the tax payers.
