My bag was damaged during my travel from Cochin to Mumbai. I filed damaged baggage report with the Airline- (GOAIR). GOAIR assured me that the bag will be repaired by them, but not yet initiated the action even after 20 days. I wish to know which is the Government Department where I can file complaint against the Airline Company>

The Director of Civil Aviation is the in-charge controller of all the Civil Passenger Airlines operating in India. Another option open to you is to file a complaint in the District Consumer Court.

Still, I suggest that you once again pursue the matter with the airline at its appropriate level for speedy remedy.

I think these all fall under Ministry of Civil Aviation. You may be able to get their contacts from nic website which hosts and links to all the government department websites.

Why don't you speak to your father first of all, and see what is the reason for not paying income tax. First of all, see that he is liable to pay IT. Probably he would have engaged a good CA and ensured that he doent pay any IT. If there is any altercation between father and son, do not drag it to the government authorities. Once they come to your premises, you had it.

it is defnitly civil aviation department, there is also a complaint box in most of the major airports

you can complain at the civilaviation ministry in delhi but it is advisable to ask the higher authorities in GOAIR before oproceeding
