I don't know what you mean by "level 3" or if you are training in counselling or what.... email me 1:1 with some clarification and maybe i can say more. Meanwhile, I'll say that the best basic introductory book on person-centred counselling is "Learning and Being in Person-Centred Counselling" by Tony Merry.

The various Sage publications in the Counselling in Action series (person-centred, cognitive-behavioural, etc) are also good.

There is a dull primer "Handbook of Counselling" edited by Windy Dryden which gives an introduction to all the models of counselling. Very dry, large, and correspondingly expensive....but practical if you can borrow it from a library and need to fill your head with their theories.
