I was suspended from eBay with out any prior suspension notification email. I was new to eBay and I admit I was just concentrating on selling without paying attention to the rules. I apologized for that but it would have been much appreciated if I was given live assistance or at least warning notification email before suspending my account. I wasn’t even informed by email about why I was suspended. I have just found out when I tried to log in. I immediately contacted eBay to let me know what I did wrong or to correct me, but I haven’t still got any reply. what should i do now?

HARD WORKING GIRL,

use this link to find out why:

http://cgi1.ebay.com/aw-cgi/ebayisapi.dl...

can you tell me what you THINK you did that got your account suspended?

they can take days, weeks or even months to get back to you about this.

what type of items were you selling?

if you would like, you can email me some details and i can see if i can help you figure this out.

When you log in you should be able to click a link or bypass that main page and check your email notices. This will tell you why your account was suspended. If you are selling items but have not paid the listing fees that is probably why they have suspended you. Also on the top right hand side of the main page there is an link to click for live chat. You can talk to a rep that way.
