I have 4 tattoos, the ones that hurt the most were: 1) the one on the lower back (because there ain't much flesh there so the needle got quite close to the nerve); and then the one on my lower belly, because the skin there is more delicate;)

I have one on my spine. That hurt but I like my tattoo. It runs from the the middle of my back to the bottom.

On top of my big toe, I know, stupid teenage thing about a zillion years ago!
Eyeballs, now that's just crazy! I did know a CRAZY girl who had C-R-A-Z-Y tattooed on the inside of her bottom lip, so when she pulled her lip out you could see it. Her tattoo said it all!

I think next would be anywhere you have thin soft skin.
Think underarms, fingers/hands, ankles/feet
I hear the back is also quite sensitive.
I got one on my shoulder, that wasn't too bad
