There is so much education about post op transgenered male to female and a straight guy had sex knowing before the difference is it must different from woman born female.I have seen so much of this on biography channel was just curious. Now i got it out of my system and curious mind

Well, I am transgendered, not a guy, but since no one else answered you I'll try. After surgery for male to females the vagina (if the surgeon was any good) will be identical to a genitic woman's, except for the mucus membrane, but will appear on inspection, even by many gynecolostists, to be normal. The depth varies by surgeon and what they had to work with, but aside from the fact that the MtF post-op usually doesn't make their own lube it is identical to a regular womans.
Oh, and the post-op can't have kids or anything, but that is really more of the reproductive system than the genitals but thought it would be good to mention anyways.

You need some lube and they are tighter.
