Buildind a airport at 1:500 scale, Is there a formula where I can plug the actual size and get the scale size on excell program? I can seem to find a simple answer in my search or even know what to call what I am looking for.

I would put 500 in a cell like A1 so I can change it in case the scale needs to change
then in A2 put the formula =$A$1.
If you ever copy the formula for other measurements, it will still use the correct cell.

Put the actual size in A1, then in A2 put the formula
=A1/500
