i wanna know if they sound good and fit in the ear nice & tight soo they dont fall out. and comfortable.just tell me what you think about them.

Nope, but the only way to tell if they'll fit comfortably is to try them on. Everyone's ear canals are shaped a little differently, so what might fit snugly on one person won't fit at all on someone else. I can't even wear ear-buds because they always fall out (particularly my left ear).
As for whether or not they sound good, Bose has developed a reputation for good sound quality, so I expect they would. However, ear-buds will also damage your hearing more than over-the-ear headphones, so the comparable sound quality will decrease with extended use.

If you want another choice the phillips in ear headphones are also nice. Not "as" nice, but still another pick!
