Naturally IIMs are the best institutes in India for management courses. If one wants to do MBA or PGDBM in India, one has to appear in CAT / MAT, depending upon the scores obtained in these tests, one can get institute. Aspirant cannot be choosy. However, if you want to study abroad there are lot of universities in Australia where you just shell out money and get admission. But in USA and UK, it is not so easy and cheaper to do MBA. The choice is yours.

depends on your financial situation, and your geographic location

I'd go Virginia Tech if you are on the East Coast, the Pamplin School of Business is a top 20 program

if you come to cardiff in the UK. there are 2 universities. cardiff uni that charges about 14000 pound and uwic about 9000. the later one should be good as you can recover the fees back by working partime.
