I don't. Killing innocent human beings, whether in unjust wars or in the womb, is wrong. For more information, see:

I believe women should be able to control their bodies and abortion has enabled women to do that under medical attention. For centuries, women have tried in vain most of the time to not have children or to control when they would have children. Men werent considering them and sometimes women did want to control a small part of themselves. Most of the time, "home made" abortion procedures were fatal to the woman or would destroy her so much that in some cases she wouldnt be able to have anymore children. Women have always wanted to control when they would have their children, make it at least a safe one.
Is it such a big trouble for women to not be considered just as a uterus and have a choice to decide when they are ready to conceive?
I do not judge the ones who are against abortion, that is your choice, but let others who do not agree with you, have that choice.
A few cells, foetus has a right to exist you may say, but why bring one more human being (in this World already so full of ppl and abandonned children as well) at a moment when he is not desired. Making his life miserable, and his parents. Life is hard enough as it is.
If abortion legality is removed, there will always be numerous women who will try again on their own to abort, and put their own lives in danger again. It could be your wife, your daughter. They may never tell you since even nowadays it is still such a tabou topic. How sad.
Women have a right to control their lives regarding pregnancy.

Personally, I don't believe in abortion, UNLESS it is of a case where the mother's health is critically endangered, because of incest, or a rape. Second reason is because of my neice, who is in the medical field. She has told me stories of abortions gone wrong, and of the sight of fetuses that have partially developed organs and limbs. Third reason is life is the most precious blessing God has given us. For married couples who are unable to have children, many would love to have an unwanted baby to raise and to love as their own. In some cases, I have known where a perspective mother aborted a baby just because of selfish reasons such as "not wanting to have a baby". That's not a suitable and justifiable reason to play God and to end a life. The last reason is when my brother got his girlfriend pregnant, my father TOLD them to have an abortion. They ended up getting married at ages 17 and 16. They had the baby, my first neice. She has brought much joy and love to my life, and we all would have missed out on the opportunity to have her grow up into a mother and wife, herself. I know it is a moral judgment call. I don't condone abortion, but it is an issue of morality that each person affected has to face for themselves.

I personally am not in favor of it but I believe it should be legal only up to 3-4 weeks granted its still a human life but very undeveloped and if there was an accident or a crime committed you should know by this point whether you are pregnant or not

I was raised by parents who never wanted kids, never learned to like kids, never learned to give a s*** about kids. Life for me and my older sis was pure hell as unwanted kids. Later in life, mom apologized for not having abortions. There is adoption you say. Well read the papers, watch the news. That often puts kids in exactly the same environment I grew up in.

Not a matter of belief. A matter of pragmatic, rational thinking.
In countries where abortion is illegal, the rich travel abroad to get theirs and the poor get a coat hanger in the back alley.
The lesser of two evils.
