In todaysday to day life we r always in a hurry.we tend to take tension and end up being more tense that way the whole cycle goes on and on ,on and on.We dont ger time to sit and evaluate the situationor scome to any conclusion.on my part yes i dont have time to share dis things with anyone so situation always rmains d same.many time we feel sad out of d ;blue or just dthink of d future and get tense.

Here's some advice I never followed myself but the older I get the more I can see how I should have. Exercise - maybe a 30 min walk every day. It makes you physically & mentally stronger & better able to cope with the stresses of life. This is particularly important to do if you are in a highly stressful job. Do it as soon as you get home; it will revitalize you & enable you to feel like doing something totally unrelated to whatever causes you tension.

People are stressed most of the time, be it at work, college or in the home. On average there is less time to relax for an individual. Relaxing helps relieve stress.
Some people are not eager to discuss their problems, hence tend to tense.

Instead of living in present tense we tend to live in past and future tense!that is the reason.
