She didn't even give me an Xmas or BD card, and she is real picky about her issues. How can I make $ w a broken arm?

Well, I can tell you what some people would do. Be as nice to her face as possible, pocket things of hers that they like, talk bad behind her back, and continue working for her. And have no problem with it at all.
Or you can look for somebody else, because she won´t change. It´s not illegal to be a witch. So it would probably be better with ANYBODY else.
And don´t listen to the other jerks that don´t know how you could be typing from a computer and think you are a leech. They don´t know anything about jack. Report their answers or they will think they can keep talking that way to people.

how many situations have you had? do you always go to her with i can't or other problems she has to work around?
She is your employeer she doesn't have to give you xmas or bd cards. She doesn't have to be that close to you.
I would have called her up when I broke my arm and said. Hey boss lady I broke my arm.. I can't do my normal chores for you but I can with one hand still dust and vacumm and whatever else I can figure out how to do one handed and went and made my money...............

Why are you on welfare? Previous to breaking your arm why did you not have a job and not be on welfare? Are you reporting to the welfare system that you are making cash on the side? And why should she pay you for work you have not or cannot do?And by the way how did you break your arm?

The world is full of sh**ty people. Either shove the mop down her throat and walk, or take the cash whilst you need it, but seek other employment in menatime. This one is going to end badly, especially for someone like you, who knows the difference of being well treated or not.

There should be plenty of other places looking for someone to clean. Get a business card made while you're mending and start passing them out.
