The less you do, the less you want to do. The more you do, the more you want to do. Good example of a vicious circle. If you like the idea, you could start with a routine. Write a schedule. Not a strict one. One you can change during your day. But try to stick to it. At night, think of two things you enjoyed and one thing you're proud of. Write it below your schedule.
I myself did that for school and studies. I bought myself some nice stickers and put them all over my agenda. I wrote my schedule with pretty colours.
Sometimes I change it depending on how I feel. But I try to stick to what I write and change.
Good luck! Oh... and write yourself some time off too! Start with easy schedules. Write down your cigarette breaks if you're a smoker, breakfast, lunch and dinner breaks, etc. Don't be too hard on yourself, or you'll give up. Oh and it's okay if you decide that one day: you have enough of this schedule and take the day off. The next morning, get back on your feet!

You gotta find something that exites you or gets you going. I am the same way but i just got a ipod shuffle and bring it to the gym which makes my experience in the gym more enjoyable there for I'm not being totally lazy. And I'm taking on learning a new language on my own with books and Cd's. Before this i was completely lazy and soon as i get sick of my ipod and new language i will be back in your feet. Its about searching for things to make life more pleasurable or exiting keeping you busy

You know my mom says Laziness is the biggest enemy of a human being. It never helps you to develop, It retards your growth in terms of your career and life. Many a time i missed a lot of my assignments on my school and on my work. We regret afterwards so make your mind that laziness won't take my work away. Be determined and whenever if you are having a little clue that you are feeling lazy ask yourself which is important for me. Your brain will decide which is important for you, sitting idley or get your work done. I think this is the only solution to the work. Last but not the least ask yourself "which is important to me"

To get rid of laziness one has to plan things in advance. The time table should be such that it avoids lethargy and leniency but considers the genuine delay. For strictly obeying the time schedule one can keep one simple condition that whenever he is behind schedule he will put Rs 100/- in his/her mothers saving account. By accepting this slowly when the expenditure on laziness starts rising ,one will have to learn the value of time. Even otherwise, we know that time is money, but, when money is lost it can be re-earned but the time once lost can never be recouped.Similar type of other practices can also be designed to avoid laziness.

I know how you feel. I find for myself that if I get up and start doing something, the first few minutes I feel like crap then moving around actually gives me energy. Another thing is that you might have a thyroid problem, you should go to the doctor and tell them you feel lazy all the time. heres something else, dont eat sugar in the morning. have something healthy and see how you feel around luchtime.

Find something to do that involves movement and quit spending most of your time sitting down, you can even try some house work or just take a walk. I was like that and i went into dancing salsa.
Otherwise, meet up with friends and see what you can do

I KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN, I DO THE SAME SOME DAYS.CANT BE BOTHERED TO DO ANYTHING,THEN I FEEL GUILTY,ALTHOUGH I DO WORK NIGHT'S.SO AM NOT A COMPLETE LAZY BONES. I FIND THE BEST WAY TO GET ON WITH THINGS,IS TO PUT SOME MUSIC ON AND GET STUCK IN.DO NOT GO ON THE COMPUTER AS THAT MAKES YOU EVEN LAZIER,GET YOUR CHORES DONE FIRST YOU FEEL SO MUCH BETTER THEN YOU CAN HAVE YOUR LAZY TIME,AND ENJOY IT WITHOUT FEELING GUILTY.
