A ouija board or a dart board to answer support questions?
Mine uses a dart board, they kept insisting the problem was with my modem instead of their equipment until they made the discovery that EVERYBODY in my area had the exact same problem.

I ask for a Level 7 tech when I need help, the lower levels don't know jack, you can talk to them for hours and they still won't get the problem resolved.

that's better than my ISP. i found out that EVERYONE who uses them is suffering from the same problem and then they lied about it. i found out through curiosity and a little web research, not from their tech support people.
