from the Detroit Pistons number 36 Rasheed Wallace. Currently at 14 T's. At 16 technical fouls he will serve a one-game suspension. Then, for every two more "T"s he gets, Wallace will sit another game - new NBA rule on T's.

Rasheed Wallace has the most technicals with 14. He had actually got 2 more called on him, but the league reviewed them and rescinded them.
