I've observed that the word 'fast' does not work well with women and orgasms. Women NEED that warm-up...foreplay, which I've always thought was great fun.
In my opinion, the fastest way to an orgasm is extended foreplay and teasing. Letting the hands wander while kissing, not touching the 'bikini' areas...perhaps any contact would be very light and fleeting...it usually doesn't take long before they WANT that touch so badly that they ask for it.

Other ways than what? I think that it is going to be different for every woman. I have the fastest orgasm, when i masturbate. Get to know your body, and what stimulates you. Then show your partner exactly what he needs to do to bring you to orgasm. If you are wanting to orgasm faster because your partner climaxes quickly, then slow things down a bit. Have lots of hot and heavy forplay. Have him bring you to orgasm with oral sex,before you actually have sex. You could also masturbate and stop right before you climax, and let him finish everything. There are a variety of ways to have an orgasm, and like i said it is going to be different for everyone. Play around and find out what exactly works for you. I hope that this is some help.

Direct stimulation of the clitoris. Most of the "slow" is mental blocks. Like obsession with size, worry about orgasm.
You have to stop thinking and start listening to your body.
