i am in hostel. i want the true friendship. but all are behaving as selfish. tell me any suggestion about this

c friendship also has a limit...... it can b accepted only to a limit..... so u know what u like a ur friend like. so accordingly u draw line urself n adjust with her... i don belive in any relation other than parents............

Everyone in this world are selfish. You too...! Better understand it.
Read this....
All of us create a circle around us and keep the people outside the circle. The size of the circle depends the realtionship with the people you have. If he is your close friend, the size may be small, if he is a stranger the cirlce size will be bigger.
You create a circle to your friends and your friends do so...!
If you enter into the circle, first they will push you OUT. if you keep on trying to enter into circle, they will enlarge the size of the circle, one day you could not even get close to them.
You are also the same....!
Try to know your circle limit with others, and DON'T enter into it. In due course of time, the circle size will be decresed automatically and one day there will be no circle between your friends and yourself.
Also the important thing that you give them whatever you expect from your friends. Greet them, Congratulate them, Be nice and Supportive etc...

of course all will be selfish no doubt in that . if u need a best friend i tell u nobody other than ur mother can be . i know u live in a hostel , but u can talk to ur mother when u r disturbed. if u want best friend from one of your classmates , i bet u u wil never get.

i know it is difficult adjust but u have to u be ur self dont change.do ur duties .work hard.be god fearing all will come to u. for every thing there is a way.learn to adjust at this age ,u have work with so many people in the country as well as out side ,there r diferant kind of people. so cheer up keep a smile. dont expect to smile u start . every thing will be alright. be happy.god has given life to celebrate.life is in ur hands.

All human beings are born selfish & greedy.It is part of growing up & getting into the society of competitions, jealousy, hatred,angers,etc.
Be calm, composed,mature & believe in God/Buddha is the best ways in Self-control.
