only humans and primates have a menstrual cycle. other animals (mammals) have an oestrus cycle which is different with respect to hormonal release and duration of cycles. Some animals this does include bleeding but it is not the same as with women

Egg laying in birds/fish/reptiles etc is different all together

yes female dogs have periods. Most mammals do. I think only mammals have menstrual like humans.

yes how else would it work If you have ever owned a female dog you must know that is why people get them spayed,so's not to have the mess around

Yes. dogs lick them selves when the are on a period and I have seen cow pies (cow feces) that have had blood in them, do to the cow's period.

Birds,reptiles etc don't have wombs so no.
