yeah.. right..I dont see any point in taking unperforming and injured players (shewag, pathan,Harbajan, Agarkar) to the Worldcup. Insted they could have given chances to tanlented youngsters or to the people who are performing well in domestic level. Players like Kaif, Laxman, are left behind for non-performing players like Shewag (might be they have some strong hold on BCCI). Also i dont see anypoint in taking a lot of injured fast bowlers to WC with hoping that they will recover in the process. wht if they dont recover? India will be out of bowlers in carribian. This is mis-management i think.

Yes i agree that politics and conspiracies in Indian cricket keeps talented players away because we have seen lots of players to be out of the game. Though i don't want to mention those players who were kept away due to conspiracies. There are lots of talented cricketers there in Tamil Nadu team but they are not given considerations for selection. The situation must change and all the talented players should be given equal chance to be selected into the team.

I do not entirely agree with your views. Unearthing young talents and grooming them up is a long process. You cannot all of a sudden induct young and inexperienced players to international cricket. Players who are showing their worth in domestic cricket are often inducted to national team and they fail to perform. Hence we have to carry on with the experienced players in major tournaments till such time talented young players are trained and groomed.
You will notice that in the current world cup squad we have new faces like Robin Uthappa, Dinesh Karthik, Sreesant, Irfan Pathan and Munaf Patel, i.e. in a team of 15 players selected 5 players are rather raw in international level. If these players cement their place in the team by performing to their talent, selectors and team management will get the inspiration to blood more youngsters in the team for future tournaments..

Yes, it is started from the selection of "Selectors". You see, out of 5 Selector, except Vengsarkar & Raju, no body has played International Cricket. It is funny they judging the performance of players like Sachin. Sourav, Kumble etc.
Next, selection of coach. We selected a coach, who is a totally failed as coach in Australia. Cahappel was Caoch of South Australia for 4(four) years before taking the charge of "Team India". It is found from the record that during that 4 years South Australia was at the bottom of the domestic league table in Ausralia. We have not judged the performance of the guy before selecting him as Coach.
Finally, We are continuing with a "Captain" who has failed to prove himself as a effective Captain during his 18 months tenure. The guy named Rahul is not a good "reader" of the game. He has not a good motivator. He can not make strategy / plan at the field when needed. He only follows the way what Chappel suggested. His courage as Captain in doubt. His passion for winning the game is absent. Killer instinct never seen at the time of need.
Selection of players- injustice prevailed in all level. A "Mahabharat" can be written on this subject.

To me you appear to be a compulsive critic;as there is no basis whatsoever for what you are writing. It is unanimously agreed by all critics, press correspondents, commentators etc which include former national and international players that the best team available has been selcted for the world cup. There may be some very very few exceptions in the eyes of a very few people but in a country with so many people it is never possible to please all.

i totally agree with you. with more of the politicians entering in the board , the cricket board is used by them for making money . it is converted in to medium for gaining popularity with reputation that cricket enjoys in india. many talented players are not allowed to be in team because of this politics . the only constrain of these board officials is to make money not the development of the game. it is relly neccessary that the control of the board should be in the hands of person who know cricket and respect the spirit of game like some former indian players ,we have some greatest players of all time sitting ideally in their homes and these polticians are entering in the BCCI.

We could have cricket leagues yet a hundred are too lots. Our international cricketers could take part in it and that they could not take part in any excursions.do you already know why australia is a robust team?.In Australia each and every of the international gamers take part of their kin cricket so even their kin gamers could have the journey of dealing with severe high quality bowling and that they are going to be waiting while they chosen and carry out suitable from the be conscious pass.If our international gamers additionally play the kin cricket the bowlers will attempt to take the wickets of severe high quality batsmen and the kin batsmen gets the journey of taking part in severe high quality bowlers. Then we don't require some a hundred leagues yet 3 tournaments are adequate for each 4 months and the selecters will locate the gifted gamers.
