Anyone who:
Stands for nothing.
Falls for anything.
Does not, will not, cannot think critically.
Does not, will not, cannot ever think for themselves.
Refuses to "know" themselves.
Refuses to "work on" themselves.
Points a finger and does not recognize that they are convicting themselves 4 x over.
Does not understand or recognize the difference between a "closed mind" and a "made up" one.
In a position of power to do good, but does bad.
In a position of power or abundance and refuses to lift/bring others along or to share. And, in a nod to the fool below, this fool is most and best represented by: A Republican registration.
Is vindictive.
Steadfastly and/or willingly substitutes the ideas, thoughts, and values of others for his own.
A person who rises to and/or above their level of competence--however, the bigger fools are the people who allow it, support it, help the fool along to get there.
Sociopaths and other people who think they are being so clever, so smart, when really they are as transparent as the emperor with no clothes. But, they are not nearly as charming or endearing as a child whose hands and face are covered in chocolate and all the while swearing that they didn't touch the cake...
I think I've got lots more, but I'll stop here.

a fool is someone who acts before thinking. regardless of the outcome, a fool is predictable, in that they have a decision making process that involves knee-jerk reactions, or to much heart and passion etc. this is why a fool usually has the same results. now remember the fool could have not trusted, then he wouldnt have been betrayed. the fool coulda kept the wallet closed, then you wouldnt have earned anything. need i go in?
how does it feel to be a fool? Its human, now what. in order to recieve trust, you also give, respect, profit, love, etc.
