Sorry but you can't, she'll go behind your back and see him. Try another tactic..invite him over for dinner at your home so you can get to know him. Let your daughter see how he interacts with her family. Invite him to do family things with your family. Kill him with kindness and never talk down to him or about him in front of her. Ask him about his future plans like you'd do anyone else, his likes, hobbies...whatever. Keep your friends close and your "enemies" closer. Good Luck, maybe she'll open her eyes and see him for what he really is or you'll surprise yourself and find a good person in him.

Reassure her of your love and tell her that you know she has a good head on her shoulders and can require those in her life to respect and honor her. (If you haven't respected and honored her and made her feel special, she won't know what you are talking about.) Let her know that she can make good decisions. It's pretty tough to get her to see your point of view by pointing out the shortcomings of the guy.

I'm sorry you don't like him but sadly no you can not stop her from seeing him trust me my mom and dad did not like the man I'm now married to and i was 16 1/2 then and they could not stop me the more they tried the more i fought for the two of we are both (me and my now hubby) would fight fro each other to be together and it made us closer and pushed up together even more so it worked in mine and his favor and love each other more than anything so don't push her away but trying to push them apart. or she will grow to hate you trust me bin there and feel like that. good luck

The best way is to let her find out the hard way because the more resistance you put the more she is going to go towards her boyfriend
