First of all congratulations. Second, you need to stop stressng so much and enjoy the last few months of peace and quiet you'll ever have.
So to answer your questions.
No not all women have miscarriages before they have a healthy baby.
Yes each week that passes by the miscarriage rate does drop.
Missed Miscarriages usually will happen within the first 12 weeks, Many women do not realize that their child in utero has died, though occasionally women will notice brownish spotting. Often if death has just occurred, the body may simply begin to miscarry within a few days
I'm sure after you go to the dr you will find some relief. I had a miscarriage with my second pregnancy and I knew because I didn't "feel" pregnant anymore. Always remember that miscarriages happen because there is something wrong with the baby so it is for the best.
I'm sure everything is fine.

I had 5 healthy children before suffering a miscarriage. I was just one of those people that got pregnant easily and never had any problems, then with my 6th pregnancy I miscarried at 12 weeks, no reason to think anything was wrong.
What you have to bear in mind is that every woman is different, not every woman has cramping (due to stretching ligamaments), nausea or tender breasts, and to be honest every pregnancy is different to the next.
You are right about the risk of miscarriage lowering as the pregnancy develops, but there are the unfortunate few who do experience later miscarriages.
I remember how anxious I was about my first pregnancy, and there wasn't Yahoo Answers to fuel my over active imagination! Try to enjoy this time, worry when you have a reason to worry, in the meantime make plans, choose names, there is no reason why you should be any more at risk than any other pregnant woman.
Congratualtions.

First off dont stress about it ... NOT all women have miscarriages....there is always a 50/50 shot of a miscarriage with any pregnancy....alot of women dont even know they are pregnant and get their periods on time or a few days late and never knew...by the 12th week your risk does decrease greatly...but that doesnt mean you cannot have a miscarriage...(not to scare you just the facts)...Worrying about it wont do a thing but just stress you out....Just make sure you are taking your prenatal vitamins and getting good prenatal care from your Dr. I'm sure you will be just fine....Congrats and Good Luck!

I wouldn't stress yourself out, its not good for you or the baby. I just hope you are married or have a man that is there for you that loves you, that can help alot because you seem to be a little on the worrisome side. Relax, Im sure everything will be okay, just get to the ob office soon. Yes, alot of miscarriages...it helps when its early though, I couldn't imagine what some women have had to go threw ,being after six weeks. Just dont stress K:)

Not ALL women have miscarriages before they can have a healthy baby. Millions of women have healthy babies the first time around and millions never have miscarriages.
The reason miscarriages are increasing in number these days are our bad habits. Drinking, smoking, unhealthy diets, age, stress and pollution all contribute to the significant number of miscarriages we hear of.
Just take care of yourself and the baby. Good luck!

Hi, I have to agree with you that when you come on here you start to worry I was just the same I just went this week for my first scan and I was so scared because of everthing that I have read on here. Please stop worrying so much it is not good for the baby. All I think to myself Is that if there was a problem then nature will take its course but hopefully your baby will be perfectly healthy!!! Congrats and good luck in your pregnancy!!!

No not everyone has miscarriages.
Yes, that is about the statistics. The earlier you are the more likely you will miscarry. DON"T WORRY ABOUT IT. Stress can make it worse.
I don't know about the third. I haven't had any experience with that. Sorry hon.
It will be fine, just keep that in the front of your brain.
