It seems like they have a disproportionate number of women with very shapely bodies. I mean their booties alone are incredible!

All people in all cultures worldwide are attracted by the same thing: in men, people desire a cylindrical torso (the waist equal to or slightly smaller than the hips) and in women, people desire a 70% ratio (26" waist to 36" hips). It's part of natural symmetry; all animals seek beauty and perfection in mating partners.
Caucasian women tend to have smaller or flatter rear ends, hence why the focus on breasts and faces in westerners. Myself, I go for southeast Asian women: Indians (remember Shilpa Shetty of "Big Brother"?), Thais, Malays, etc. They body proportions are ideal to my eyes, though that doesn't mean other people have to agree.

I think it is hereditary that women of color have more curvaceous bodies. I think they also tend to be physically stronger and naturally more athletic.

I think a lot of them are too muscular and funky faces. But the ones that aren't, yummy. A lot get fat after a while though.
