Howard, because she did get the plots next to Daniel and burial plots aren't like real estate that you could get money off them. If taking the body back to Mexia, Texas her remains would be robbed or damaged

Anna offered a plot next to Daniel for a reason, to be buried next to him! Her mom, (in accordance to Anna) became abusive and advise to her and Anna did not pick some thing to do with her. i imagine $$$ is the genuine rationalization for Virlie desiring Anna's body in Texas, and NO she ought to no longer win her charm.

I don't know but whoever it is, they should bury her next to her son. They were so close. He was obviously the one, most important person in her life since he was born. Anna's mother wants to bury her in Texas but she should know how much Anna and Daniel loved each other. It would be wrong at this point not to at least bury them together. Her mom seems selfish. It's all pretty sad really.

Legally her mother unless they can move quickly and prove the babies father who would then be guardian for the child who could claim the body.(highly unlikely IMO) Morally Howard to bury her next to her son as she wanted. The mothers lawyer stated she would be buried in Texas and indicated she wanted to move her son there as well.
