invest in a good vibrator and learn to give yourself an orgasm. once you do this, you can explain to your partner which techiques work best. don't be shy.

When you are about to climax, does it feel like you need to pee? If so that is normal, just go with the feeling. Sit on the toilet or in the shower if you want, that way you don't need to worry, just in case you do pee.

If that isn't the case, then the best thing to do is probably keep doing what you are doing. For men it is best to speed up just before climaxing, but for women this may be counter-productive. But you can try experimenting. Female orgasms are suppost to be ten times better than male orgasms, so if you do learn how to climax, I'll envy you!

Try doing it by yourself just to see what feels best for you, make sure that you are relaxed and don't have to think about anything else other than how good it feels otherwise it can be very hard to have one. A few of my friends had this problem and some did find that buying and using a vibrator helped. If you have a partner then try being on top of him and touching yourself at the same time- the combined feelings of him inside you and the clit stimulation should have you on your way. ( I told this to some friends of mine and each of them had orgasms this way)

Once your lover sees you doing this he should (hopefully) catch on and begin to touch you during sex which will result in hundreds of orgasms :)

I hope this helps you

I have heard it said that 90% of orgasm is mental. Examine your thought process as the big moment approaches.

I do know that some abused females have trouble with orgasm as their thoughts are conditioned by the abuse.
ie. at the time of their abuse sex was wrong therefore the good feelings ( we have damn little control over how our bodies respond) they experienced were wrong. This feeling of "wrong" sticks with them and gets in the way of orgasm.
Think about what you think about!
Relax, loosen up and enjoy. Reduce the pressure on yourself to climax. Forget about orgasm and just enjoy all the good sensations.

it need process and you cannot hurry it. im also once experience it when i started to have sex. dont wait till it come, dont panic, dont rush it, and dont frustrated. all u have to do is to relax, enjoy the sex itself and just let go. and know ure body...u can take some time to touch ure self, feel where the most sensitive area then u can teach ure lover how to touch u.
hope that helps

Just relax, don't try to get one. Just forget about it. It's like when you need to sneeze and can't get there and it's tickling you and about to come....
You have to forget about it, let go. Don't try to come, just let it happen. It's like falling a sleep - if you try you'll never fall asleep, but if you just don't think of nothing and lie down - it happens...
