But knowing the language is one thing. Knowing how to use it is another. Far and away, the best people in the field are at alistapart.com. They are writers from all over the industry that weight in on all sorts of workarounds, styles, techniques, and everything else you might need. From there, you can look up personal pages of several of the authors (like Jeffery Zeldman or Eric Meyer) and get to their home pages and read all they have to say.
