I reeally dont think he has a girlfriend at the moment...He has been claiming that he is single..but i'm pretty sure he does go on dates here and there..
Btw there were some pics that surfaced on internet in May of 06 with cena and his girlfriend...(The pics were stolen frm the girl's myspace)Since then there has been many rumors going around saying that the girl in the pic is actually his ex girlfriend/fiancee Liz and some say that the girl is a 27 yr old blonde from Boston,Mass and that Cena and this girl (whoz name is Michelle) have broken up!
And for the ppl saying Cena is dating Maria...that is NOT true.. Cena and Maria kissing was just a part of the storyline.Maria is dating CM Punk in real life..!!

This Girl is 27 years old, has blondish brown hair and is from the state of Massachusetts. She has a MySpace page, however, I won't reveal it out of privacy. Besides, she set it to "private" earlier today after word started going around online about her supposed romantic relationship with John Cena

To answer your question : I know a 3rd cousins friends dogwalker who knows this guy in the gym whos friend is related to a guy whos son works at one of the arenas events thats says jon ceman ALWAYS has men around his arm and that wwe wrestlers are sworn to silence, So NO he has no girlfriend and is a ho mo!
