Probably they think that after 50 one can not work in speed and his growth would be slow. But I have read somewhere that Japan is going to get the services of experienced persons of the age of above 50. I also want to apply for the same.

Because they figure they would rather have you in a golf cart in Florida, But really it is because they would rather pay a 20 year old who they figure they can get twice as much work out of and last twice as long, rather than keep hiring people who are going to retire shortly after they get settled in there new job! That's society for you! We did a big thing on it in one of my social society classes for college. ITS CRAPPY but that's the way it is!

I agree. Time to put that knowledge and wisdom you've earned over the last 50 years to use by applying them to your own home business. My Dad joined me in my business at 71 and is loving it.

not only the experience thing but a lot has to also do with the fact that they want employees that are gona be there a while and they dont' want to ahve to shell out a lot of money on benefits and life insurance coverage if they dont' have to hire younger less money they loose
